100  MB Attachments Are A Reality
One of the most desired features of mails is the need to send large files. With increase of internet speeds, the demand has only grown more humungous. It is really a very great step from Yahoo to make sending 100MB files possible through the medium of email.
How to enable this? This feature is enabled by default in the new Yahoo mail, but if it is disabled, go to apps button and enable it. (See Red Arrow)

Falling back in love with Yahoo mail.
Automatic Organizer ( The Other Inbox)
One of the most beautiful effects after applying this was that all my social network like fb myspace, yahoo groups etc automatically got segregated into one folder. This is something more intelligent than the Priority Inbox of Gmail. Where the gmail algorithm only finds one one basic criteria, this one goes far beyond. It automatically sorts out mails according to multiple logics and segregates them into new organized folders ( See Orange Arrow).

Though picnik is not new to Google (already integrated into web based picasa albums), but integration of Piknic into an email, definitely is. It is a web base photo editor and if you are looking for some fun with your photos, you should give it a try.

My Photos
The simplest and best way to make a webpage out of your photos and publish them on the web for everybody to have a look. Stunning for sure. Unlike Facebook it will not nag your viewers with ablue headline and Facebook logo. Its clean fun ( Blue Arrow).

A skyline stationary added while composing email.

How To Convert Any Document Into PDF

Doctors have always been in a search of a no fuss PDF converter. Sending a document to many journals require pdf format. Many times the pdf format becomes an ideal way to store document as well. Since most of us use MS Word which does not convert documents into pdf there is a dire need of a simple and effective pdf converter. Try the following no fuss solutions.

doPDF
Install doPDF from here. It is a totally free software, no ads, no trial version. It installs itself as a virtual printer. When you wish to convert any file into pdf format, just hit the print button and choose doPDF as printer. The output you get will be a pdf file. Any printable file including your photos can be converted into PDF without affecting the layout or colour.

Scribd
Though scribd is a site for sharing your documents, it also serves as a versatile tool for converting any document into PDF. Even if you don't have an account, you can get into it through facebook id. Upload your document and then download it. You will be given two options to download, a PDF and a text. Choose PDF. It is worthwhile to note that your presentations can also be converted into PDF.

Google Docs
Uploading the required document to Google Docs can also serve the purpose very well. The process is similar to Sribd. Upload and then choose File > Download As > PDF.
I hope this solves many of the matter but if you have any more questions regarding the topic, please jot down a comment in the comments sections below.

Best Firefox Add-Ons For Doctors

For the past 7 years I have been regularly browsing the web in search of up to date medical and dental research articles. During this period I felt the need for
  • storing web pages,
  • categorizing web pages,
  • highlighting text on web pages,
  • writing notes and summaries online,
  • bookmarking and accessing my bookmarks from remote locations,
  • finding interesting and good contents to read and
  • reading it in a pleasing style
So I kept on hopping from browser to browser and add on to add on. After about 2 year of constantly using these add on I found that it may be immensely helpful for all doctors who surf the net in search of real knowledge.
I chose
  • Scrapbook,
  • Xmarks
  • Stumble Upon
  • Feedly
  • Evernote Web Clipper
To get all these at one accessible place please visit the Doctors Add On Collection.
